Best Building/Jenga Game around November 7, 2005 Aaron L. Shaw (Provo, UT USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
THis game spanks Jenga. Much deeper strategy in which pieces you move when and where to place them once you do. This game even has a mess up the ohter players component. This is truly a wonderful game that can be dumbed down for younger kids if needs be. Great buy anywhere you can get it.
Villa Paletti Rocks November 19, 2005 Elizabeth (Minnesota) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
We played Villa Paletti as a family when I visited them in Canada for Thanksgiving. What a great game! It has the coolest colors and neatest shapes. Everyone was standing moving around the table with lots of laughter. The best part was beating my husband, tee hee. Villa Palett Rocks!!!
Game for all ages February 23, 2006 K. Kirk Gehman (New Smyrna Beach, FL) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Villa Paletti is a classic game that will never go out of style. It teaches you the basics of physics, tests your nerves and can be enjoyed by young or old. Most of the people with whom I've played are over 40 and we enjoy this game.
Villa Paletti - SF Chronicle - Best Christmas Game 2004 April 20, 2005 Pat Villa Paletti was so much fun, it made sense it was picked by the san francisco chronicle as the best game for Christmas 2004. It's like Jenga on a runners high, you feel great playing it, even though sometimes you have to catch your breath after removing a column. We had a good mixture of ages and all enjoyed it.
Great fun for ages three and up! December 11, 2008 Jenn (Chicago, IL) This is my four year old's favorite game. She is really becoming skilled at building the levels up and thinking strategically. She plays often with her three year old cousin, and they both do very well with it, sometimes surprisingly so. My six year old also enjoys playing. The rules are very easy to understand, and everyone laughs when the building comes crashing down.
My only complaint is that one of the platforms is slightly warped. It doesn't affect the fun of the game, but it does make one of the levels less stable. Other than that, the pieces are a nice painted wood -- no plastic.
